HOW TO QUALIFY 

How to qualify for the 2% New Home Rebate:

1. Register with us by email.

2. Fill out and sign Buyer' Representation Form and fax to us. You must not be represented by another licensed real estate agent or have signed a buyer's agency agreement or you will not be eligible for this rebate. 

3. Take the Client Representation Form to register with the new home builder of your choice.

4. Builders' purchase contract must show: "NEW HOUSE REBATE REALTY" as the Selling Broker.  

5. Fill out the Rebate Information Form and fax to us.

6. New home builder must pay at least 3% selling commission to us, the Selling Broker.  (2% of sales price is then given to you, sometimes right at closing!)

7. Once your new home contract has been signed and accepted by the Builder's sales agent or representative sign and submit the rebate form. Signing the rebate certificate indicates that you agree to the Rebate Policies.

8. Close on New Home Purchase.
